Stress Academy is a nonprofit organization that consist of physicians, psychologists, psychiatrists, philosophy experts, engineers and professionals dedicated to push boundaries of stress research to help people conquer stress from within through contemplative techniques, self awareness meditations and lifestyle choices based on sound and rational principles.
